Who we are.

Valastria Partners was founded on a simple observation: in Portugal, the businesses most in need of professional M&A advice are precisely the ones who have never had access to it.

Investment banks reserve their attention for transactions that justify their cost structure. Generic consultants are not equipped for the technical work of selling a company. Between them sits an entire generation of Portuguese owner-managers — people who built businesses worth selling, but who, when the moment arrives, find no one in the market built to advise them.

We exist to close that gap.
